Shipping Western Furniture - We deliver your furniture at no extra cost, within 100 miles. Over 100 miles add 1.50 per mile, if close enough that we can return home on the same day. More than that, we must coordinate schedules and cost or ship with a shipping company like Bekins, SAIA or FedEx Truck.
Shipping is to any room inside your house (access permitting) or curbside. We will tell you the shipping cost before we charge your credit card and confirm shipping dates.
For "White Glove" inside delivery, Bekins ask us for a two week pick-up window and a two week window for delivery. Bekins will call you to schedule a delivery date and time. Be sure to give us phone numbers where you can be reached, at all times. Bekins will take away the shipping pallet and leave behind all bubble wrap and paper for you to dispose of.
We also ship via common carrier, like SAIA or FedEx Truck. they deliver to the curbside only. The shipping cost is less. The driver will unload the furniture, to the curb or dock. You must dispose of all packing material.
We will advise you of the shipping date and tracking number, on the day your furniture leaves our warehouse.
So far, we have not had any damage in shipping. We pack, strap and wrap the furniture very well. Should damage occur, let us know on delivery day or latest the next day, we will locate a local furniture repair person, in your area, to make the repair at our expense.
